Privacy Policy

Metatron ("Metatron", "we", "us") operates the Metatron Launch platform, an AI-guided workspace that helps organizations plan and execute blockchain and digital-asset initiatives.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the platform, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at sales@metatron.systems.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data. Your email address, and — where you provide it or your sign-in provider shares it — your name and profile image. If you sign in with email and password, we store a securely hashed password.
• Project and intake data. The information you enter about your organization and your initiative: business details, jurisdiction, answers to intake and questionnaire steps, notes, chat messages with the assistant, and any files or documents you upload.
• Generated content. The plans, journeys, estimates, briefs, and draft documents the platform produces for your project.
• Usage and analytics events. Product events such as sign-up, steps started and completed, documents generated, and pages viewed, so we can understand how the platform is used and where people get stuck.
• Credits and transactions. Your credit balance, credit grants, deductions, and purchase history. Card details are handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data. IP address (from which we derive an approximate location, typically at city or country level), device type, browser and operating system, language, timestamps, and error diagnostics.

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google authenticates you and shares a limited set of information with us: your email address and basic profile details (such as your name, profile picture, and a stable account identifier).

We never receive, see, or store your Google password, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data. You can revoke Metatron's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings; if you do, you can still sign in with an email and password.

We use the information above to:

• Provide the service. Create and secure your account, save your project data, and show your journey, documents, and credit balance.
• Generate AI-assisted output. Turn your inputs into personalized plans, questionnaires, estimates, briefs, and draft documents.
• Support you. Respond to your requests, notify you about your account or project by email, and — with your consent or at your request — arrange advisory conversations.
• Keep the platform safe. Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, credit manipulation, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Improve the product. Analyze aggregated and event-level usage to fix problems and decide what to build next.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement), your consent (optional communications), and compliance with legal obligations.

To generate plans and documents, the content you submit — your project fields, questionnaire answers, uploaded document text, and assistant messages — is sent to third-party AI model providers acting as our processors. They process it to return a result to us and are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your project content to advertise to you. Please avoid pasting sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health data, or third-party personal files) into intake fields, chats, or uploads — the platform does not need it.

AI-generated output can be incomplete or wrong. It is informational only and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before you rely on it.

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that run the platform on our behalf: cloud hosting and database/authentication providers, AI model providers, email delivery providers, analytics tooling, and payment processors.
• Metatron personnel — our own team, on a need-to-know basis, for support, delivery, and security.
• Authorities or third parties where we are legally required to do so, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization — subject to this policy.

Some of these providers operate outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your data is stored on secured, managed cloud infrastructure operated by our backend platform providers. It is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by the underlying platform.

Access is restricted with role-based access controls and row-level database policies, so your project data is visible to your account (and any collaborators you are a member with) and to authorized Metatron staff only. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you where required if a breach affects you.

We use a small number of browser storage mechanisms:

• Essential session and authentication state. Cookies and local storage keep you signed in and preserve your progress across a sign-up or sign-in round-trip. The platform cannot function without these.
• Preferences. Small values such as onboarding progress and interface state.
• Basic product analytics. Event data used to understand feature usage, in aggregate wherever possible.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block browser storage at any time, but doing so will sign you out and may break parts of the platform.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. After you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal, accounting, tax, or security purposes (for example, credit and payment records).

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• give you access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• export your project data in a portable format;
• delete your account and associated personal data;
• restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where given.

Email sales@metatron.systems from the address on your account and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Metatron Launch is a business tool and is not directed at children. The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact sales@metatron.systems and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves or as legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will notify you by email or through the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use Metatron Launch after an update means you accept the revised policy.
